On the second day of CeMAT ASIA 2026, ZoneCharge’s booth N2-E1-5 at the Shanghai New International Expo Centre continued to draw strong visitor traffic, with domestic and overseas buyers stopping to observe, exchange views, and hold discussions.

The core demonstration at the booth—a narrow-belt sorter equipped with ZoneCharge’s non-contact dynamic wireless power supply system—operated stably throughout the day. The sorting carts abandon traditional contact-based power pickup structures such as conductor rails, carbon brushes, and drag-chain cables, achieving “power pickup while running” during high-speed movement: no contact, no friction, and no sparks. This directly addresses pain points including wear, dust accumulation, spark hazards, and high-frequency maintenance downtime, and meets the demands of long-duration, high-tempo, and high-intensity logistics sorting operations.

At the site, overseas integrators, multinational logistics equipment manufacturers, and leading domestic logistics general contractors held in-depth discussions on transmission efficiency, operating speed, load capacity, retrofit of existing lines, protection rating, high- and low-temperature adaptability, certification standards, overseas support services, and power supply stability during multi-cart parallel operation. Engineers combined implemented cases in sorting lines, AGV/AMR, and shuttles to offer differentiated solution recommendations for both new equipment integration and retrofit projects.

Through the live real-machine demonstration, customers further strengthened their confidence in the maturity and engineering implementation capability of the wireless power supply solution. ZoneCharge continues to focus on industrial-grade implementation of dynamic wireless power supply, optimizing coupling mechanisms, power regulation, electromagnetic compatibility, and protective structures for scenarios such as smart logistics, and driving wireless power supply from concept toward large-scale integrated application.
