ZoneCharge to Debut at CeMAT ASIA 2026
From November 3 to 6, 2026, the 26th Asia International Logistics Technology and Transportation Systems Exhibition (CeMAT ASIA 2026) will be held at the Shanghai New International Expo Centre. As one of the most influential professional exhibitions for logistics technology and equipment in the Asia-Pacific region, CeMAT ASIA has been running for over two decades since its debut in 2000. This year’s exhibition is expected to cover over 80,000 square meters, bringing together more than 900 exhibitors from home and abroad. The exhibits will span the entire industrial chain, including logistics system integration and solutions, logistics robots and AGV/AMR, conveying and sorting equipment, forklifts and accessories, machine vision, and industrial control products.
ZoneCharge will appear at Booth N2-E1-5, showcasing multiple products with on-site physical demonstrations. Unlike previous exhibitions that focused on demonstrating technological capabilities, this year’s participation will emphasize the practical implementation achievements of its technologies across specific scenarios.

Addressing Power Supply Pain Points in Logistics Sorting
As parcel processing volumes continue to grow, equipment such as cross-belt sorters, narrow-belt sorters, and circular sorting lines often operate around the clock, facing full-capacity pressure during peak shopping seasons. Equipment design speeds are constantly increasing, yet traditional power supply methods often hit their limits first.
Traditional slip ring lines rely on physical contact for power pickup. The long-term friction between carbon brushes and rails causes wear, dust, and electric sparks, while also limiting equipment operating speed. According to ZoneCharge, constrained by physical contact conduction, the operating speed of sorters under traditional slip ring line solutions is typically around 2 meters per second. At the same time, slip ring lines require regular inspection of wear, as well as replacement of contacts and conductors. Against the backdrop of increasing warehouse automation, the associated maintenance costs cannot be ignored.
To address these issues, ZoneCharge has launched the DynaCPS™ Non-Contact Dynamic Wireless Power Supply System. The system lays transmitting rails along the equipment’s running path and installs pickups on mobile devices. Through magnetic resonance coupling, it achieves contactless energy transfer, allowing devices to pick up power synchronously during operation without any physical contact.
In industrial scenarios, ZoneCharge’s 15kW dynamic wireless power supply system supports equipment moving at speeds of 2 to 5 meters per second while picking up power. With no physical friction, the system requires virtually no maintenance throughout the equipment’s entire lifecycle, needing only simple routine cleaning.

Stable Lines, Expanding Applications
Currently, the company’s products are operating stably across multiple production lines nationwide, covering scenarios for leading clients such as SF Express, JD.com, and China Post. In the Harbin project, targeting issues such as belt hardening and surging roller power consumption in low-temperature environments, the team adopted a dual-cabinet parallel scheme to resolve the challenge of abnormally soaring power demands under extreme low-temperature conditions in wireless power supply applications. At the same time, all wireless power supply products use low-temperature-resistant components to ensure stable operation in cold environments.
In a previous interview with industry media, Xu Enbo, Sales Director of ZoneCharge, stated that after verification in real-world scenarios, the adoption of this technology has improved the cargo sorting efficiency of sorters by at least 27%. Taking a sorting center processing 100,000 parcels per day as an example, this is equivalent to reducing the investment in sorting equipment or labor costs by at least 20%. Regarding maintenance costs, traditional slip ring lines require monthly inspections and annual replacement of contacts and conductors, with annual maintenance costs exceeding 20,000 RMB per line. In contrast, the dynamic wireless power supply system adopts a non-contact design, with annual maintenance costs of less than 1,000 RMB.
Beyond logistics sorting lines, the application scenarios for wireless power supply technology continue to expand. In chip packaging and testing workshops, arcs and metal particles generated by plugging and unplugging can affect the cleanroom environment. Non-contact power supply technology enables production lines to operate stably without the need for plugging in. ZoneCharge’s DynaCPS™ dynamic wireless power supply system has passed EU CE certification. In high explosion-proof requirement scenarios such as coal mines, oil and gas, and chemical industries, medium-to-high-power static explosion-proof wireless charging modules can reduce reliance on manual plugging for equipment recharging. In unmanned livestock farming scenarios, related products have achieved application at a scale of 100,000 units. Wireless charging piles for two-wheeled electric vehicles have been deployed in over ten cities including Nanjing. Cordless kitchen appliances have been exported to the EU market.
ZoneCharge began exploring the wireless charging field in 2006. In 2015, ZoneCharge (Shenzhen) Wireless Power Technology Co., Ltd. was established. In 2023, ZoneCharge (Fuyang) Technology Co., Ltd. was founded, building a wireless charging product manufacturing base. In 2024, the company was awarded the title of National-Level Specialized, Sophisticated, Distinctive, and Innovative "Little Giant" Enterprise. To date, the company’s product power range reaches up to 40kW, its solutions have been applied in over 400 scenarios, and it has cumulatively laid out 275 independent intellectual property patents.

Three Major Exhibits to Be Showcased
At this exhibition, ZoneCharge will focus on showcasing three major products at Booth N2-E1-5:
01 Logistics Sorting Wireless Power Supply
Designed to provide real-time, stable power transmission for high-speed moving industrial equipment, with the core objective of replacing traditional slip ring line solutions. It is suitable for high-speed sorting scenarios such as narrow-belt sorters and cross-belt circular sorters, helping production lines reduce wear, maintenance, and stability issues caused by contact-based power pickup.

02 Maglev DynaCPS™Wireless Power Supply
Specifically designed for automated equipment, featuring a compact and highly integrated structure to meet the installation needs of linear motion mechanisms such as magnetic drive devices and linear motors. The system transmits electrical energy through non-contact means, fundamentally eliminating spark generation, with no exposed wires or physical cables required. It has been applied in semiconductor manufacturing, logistics sorting, and automated production lines.
03 Explosion-Proof Wireless Charging
Offering multiple power options of 300W, 600W, and 1200W, adopting an integrated compact design for the transmitting coil, supporting a charging distance of 10–60mm. It provides a flexible power supply window for industrial robots with limited space, targeting high-risk scenarios such as coal mines, oil and gas, and chemical industries.
From dynamic "charging while moving" to static "charging upon stopping," and from conventional warehousing scenarios to high-risk explosion-proof environments, these three exhibits correspond to different power supply needs in logistics automation.
