CeMAT ASIA 2026 Opens, ZoneCharge Booth N2-E1-5 Draws High Traffic

As one of the most influential industry events in the Asia-Pacific logistics automation sector, CeMAT ASIA 2026, the International Trade Fair for Logistics Technology and Transportation Systems, officially opened today at the Shanghai New International Expo Centre. The exhibition brings together cutting-edge technologies and innovative solutions from the global logistics equipment, system integration, intelligent warehousing, and conveying and sorting sectors, attracting system integrators, express and logistics companies, manufacturing supply chain executives, and engineering professionals from home and abroad to explore the path of intelligent logistics transformation and upgrading. ZoneCharge is showcasing its independently developed DynaCPS™ non-contact dynamic wireless power supply system at Booth N2-E1-5, presenting a new perspective on mobile power supply solutions for logistics through live, real-machine demonstrations and attracting exceptionally high traffic on the opening day.

Walking into Booth N2-E1-5, a narrow-belt sorter equipped with the dynamic wireless power supply system is operating continuously and stably. Parcels circulate in an orderly manner on the sorting track, are precisely diverted, and complete sorting demonstrations without interruption, making it the most eye-catching focus of the booth. Completely different from the familiar conductor rail and carbon brush contact-based power pickup solutions, this sorting equipment obtains power entirely through wireless coupling throughout the process. There are no conductive carbon brushes and no exposed conductor rails; the equipment continuously picks up power while moving at high speed, without stopping or recharging. This disruptive non-contact power supply mode quickly aroused strong interest among a large number of professional visitors. Many guests stopped for a long time, carefully observed the sorting operation, and consulted the on-site technical team about the solution principles, applicable working conditions, retrofit and implementation methods, and long-term operation and maintenance benefits.

To help visitors go beyond the equipment’s exterior and intuitively understand the underlying operating logic of wireless power supply, ZoneCharge on-site presenters guided visitors to the side of the sorter. Through a dedicated observation panel, the core structure of the entire non-contact dynamic wireless power supply system is clearly presented: the primary-side transmitting modules laid beneath the track, the pickup receivers installed inside the sorting carts, and the associated high-frequency conversion and control units are all fully visible. Visitors can clearly see that when the sorting carts move at high speed along the track, they continuously pick up power through magnetic field coupling without physical contact, stably driving the sorting mechanism, sensors, and communication modules, and witnessing the entire process of “power supply on the move.” Many engineers and integrators leaned in to observe closely, carefully comparing the structural differences between this system and traditional conductor rails, and engaged in in-depth discussions with the technical team on details such as track laying, gap tolerance, power levels, dust resistance, and EMC compatibility.

In the logistics sorting industry, 24/7 uninterrupted continuous operation has become the norm. For a long time, conductor rail power supply solutions have had persistent pain points that are difficult to fundamentally eliminate: continuous friction and wear of carbon brushes generate dust and require regular downtime for spare parts replacement; oxidation and dust accumulation on contact surfaces can easily cause poor contact and sparks, posing safety hazards in dusty environments; under high-speed reciprocating motion, conductive rails wear quickly, and the combined costs of spare parts procurement, manual maintenance, and downtime inspections raise the total lifecycle cost of the entire sorting line. Unexpected downtime also directly affects the throughput capacity of sorting centers. ZoneCharge DynaCPS™ dynamic wireless power supply system is a domestically developed solution precisely targeting these industry pain points. Based on magnetic resonance wireless power transfer technology, the entire system is contactless, frictionless, and spark-free, fundamentally eliminating dust and fire risks caused by carbon brush wear. It offers high tolerance for gap deviation and is suitable for high-speed scenarios of sorting equipment. It can stably support continuous power supply for various mobile automation equipment such as narrow-belt sorters, cross-belt sorters, RGVs, and rail-guided shuttles. It also offers excellent environmental adaptability and can be deployed in special scenarios such as high-dust, high-humidity, cleanroom, and explosion-proof environments, significantly reducing production line maintenance frequency and downtime losses.

During on-site exchanges, visitor needs were highly diverse. Some integrators focused on retrofit solutions for existing sorter lines, hoping to replace conductor rail power supply without changing the original mechanical structure as much as possible. Some express and warehousing companies focused on project implementation cases involving high power, long tracks, and simultaneous power pickup by multiple carts. Other customers from the pharmaceutical and food industries focused on the protection rating and safety standards of wireless power supply solutions in clean environments. In response to different scenario requirements, ZoneCharge technical team used the live real-machine demonstrations to explain the advantages of the solution one by one, share project implementation experience, and provide targeted recommendations on issues such as track layout, power configuration, control system integration, and commissioning cycles. After discussions, many guests expressed interest in deeper follow-up, prototype testing, and project cooperation.

Having deeply cultivated the dynamic wireless power supply sector for many years, ZoneCharge insists on empowering industrial automation and smart logistics with core domestically developed wireless power supply technologies. It continuously refines standardized and customized wireless power supply products suitable for logistics mobile equipment, breaking the technical limitations of traditional contact-based power supply. This appearance at CeMAT ASIA is both a showcase of achievements to the industry and an opportunity for in-depth exchange and collaborative innovation with upstream and downstream partners in the industrial chain. As automated logistics continues to evolve toward high speed, unmanned operation, and low maintenance, non-contact dynamic wireless power supply is becoming the preferred route for power supply upgrades in the next generation of sorting and conveying equipment.
