This product is a medium-to-high power, magnetically resonant, explosion-proof wireless charging module. It complies with the Chinese national standard GB3836 and has obtained an ExplosionProof Conformity Certificate, with the protection levels being: Ex db mb IIC T6 Gb; Ex tb IIIC T85℃ Db IP66 . It is designed for autonomous charging and standby power maintenance of automated equipment operating unattended in environments such as oil and gas plants and dusty areas . The product offers the advantages of contactless charging, no sparks, and corrosion resistance . It allows for significant tolerance in the device's docking alignment, enabling charging at any time with immediate startup . The charging system can engage autonomously without consuming the battery's power, and it can initiate charging even when the battery is depleted and switched off . It is equipped with input/output over-current, over-voltage, and over-temperature protection functions to ensure operational reliability .

Accessories List:
Transmitting Coil: Output cable length 60cm. Can be optionally connected to the transmitter's explosion-proof aluminum housing using a DN15 flexible conduit.
Transmitting Host Unit: The transmitter's explosion-proof housing has a power cord with a 10A three-pin plug, length 1.8 meters.
Receiving Coil: Output cable length 30cm. Can be optionally connected to the receiver's explosion-proof aluminum housing using a DN15 flexible conduit.
Receiving Host Unit: The receiver's explosion-proof housing output is a four-core cable, length 2 meters. Among them, two cores of 2.5 mm² are for charging (Red: V+, Black: V-); the other two cores of 0.3 mm² are for RS485 signal lines (Yellow: A+, Green: B-)
