1. Wireless Charging Pile (Transmitting End)

The ZoneCharge ebike wireless charging solution adopts couplingbased magnetic resonance technology(noncontact charging), converting electrical energy into electromagnetic waves for transmission from the transmitter to the receiver. The wireless charging pile serves as the energy transmitter, available in two categories (wireless scooter and wireless e-bike) and four configurations:

Sidemounted charging, bottommounted charging, and handlebarmounted charging: These are engineered groundinstalled piles, ideal for government projects collaborating with municipal construction, enabling seamless wireless charging.

Handheld charger: Connects directly to 220V civilian power grids without dedicated wiring. Its integrated control unit and transmitter support wallmounting or pole installation, simplifying deployment and facilitating widespread adoption in residential areas, scenic spots, and other public spaces.

2. Wireless Receiver (Receiving End)

The receiver can be installed during e-bike assembly or retrofitted afterward. For sidemounted, bottom-mounted, or handlebarmounted charging, the receiver must be fixed at designated positionsto ensure coupling with the transmitter. The handheld charger offers flexible installation, adaptable to any optimal location based on the bike model or user preference.

3. Wireless Charging Principle

Wireless power transmission replaces physical conductors by converting electricity into electromagnetic waves via induction or resonance. ZoneCharge’s magnetically coupled resonance technology supports power levels from 2W to 3,000W, with a transmission distance of 1–10 cm and efficiency exceeding 86% for medium-high power applications. The system integrates high-precision Foreign Object Detection (FOD), 2.4G communication, IoT networking, and specialized dust/water/explosion-proof protections.

4. Intelligent Cloud Platform

The system comprises:

A wireless receiver installed on the e-bike, connected to the battery for power supply and real-time monitoring.

A grid-connected transmitter pileemitting energy via magnetic resonance while collecting battery data.

An IoT platform linking all charging stations to aggregate operational data, battery metrics, and user statistics.

Cloud-based software enables real-time charging management, user miniprogram integration, and big-data analytics for urban mobility insights, supporting smart city infrastructure development.
